1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — language preferences, sign-in state, cart, etc. "Cookies" in this policy also covers similar technologies — local/session storage, pixel tags, web beacons.

4. How to manage cookies
4.1 Via the LaCarte.live banner
On first visit you see a banner with three options: "Accept all", "Only required", "Customize". You can change your choice anytime via the "Manage cookies" link in the site footer.

Most browsers allow blocking or deleting cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break Platform functionality.
