2. Product types
2.1 Physical products
- QR table plates (various sizes, materials);
- Stands, holders and accessories for QR codes;
- Printed menus (optional);
- Other items in the store catalogue.
Physical items are shipped by courier. Delivery: [3-7 business days BG; 7-14 days EU].
2.2 Virtual products/services
- Additional menu translations to non-standard languages;
- Premium AI credits (extended AI Photo Studio use);
- Additional features (printable PDF menus with special design, etc.).
Virtual products activate immediately in the customer's account after successful payment.
3. Ordering
- Log in to OwnerView → Store;
- Select products and add to cart;
- Click "Checkout" and enter shipping address (physical goods);
- Choose payment method;
- Read and accept these Terms (checkbox);
- Confirm the order.
You receive an order confirmation e-mail with order number and summary.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices in EUR. Prices shown with/without VAT depending on store settings — exact figures visible in cart before confirmation. Payment methods: credit/debit card via Stripe; Cash on Delivery (physical goods, Bulgaria only).
5. Delivery
5.1 Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated by address and package weight. The exact amount is shown in cart before confirmation.
5.2 Free shipping
For orders above a stated amount (see store) delivery may be free. Not stackable with other discounts.

5.4 Receipt
On receipt the Customer must check the package for visible damage. If problems are found — record a protocol with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.
6. Right of withdrawal (physical goods)
6.1 Period
14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
6.2 How to exercise
By unambiguous statement to the Seller — e-mail to hello@lacarte.live with subject "Withdrawal from order [number]". You may use the standard form below, but it's not mandatory.
6.3 Returning the goods
Return within 14 days of notification, in original packaging and in a condition fit for resale. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
6.4 Refund
We refund the paid amount (including original shipping if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, via the original payment method. We may withhold refund until we receive the goods back or proof of dispatch.
6.5 Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
- Goods made to order or clearly personalised (e.g. QR plates with custom logo);
- Goods with broken seal that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
- Virtual products whose performance has begun with the buyer's express consent and waiver of withdrawal;
- Digital content delivered electronically after express consent.

8. Warranties and complaints
Sold goods carry the statutory warranty of conformity (under Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act for consumers, or applicable Bulgarian Commercial Act provisions for merchants). On non-conformity the buyer may successively claim: free repair or replacement; reasonable price reduction; rescission with refund. Complaint period: 2 years (consumers), 6 months (merchants, unless otherwise agreed).
9. Liability
The Seller is not liable for: courier delays; damage after delivery caused by the buyer; non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
10. Alternative dispute resolution
In case of dispute the buyer may contact: Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission, 4A Slaveykov Sq., Sofia; or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
